Your privacy is important to us and we will protect it every step along the way. Hence, all our tests are conducted anonymously and use a unique test code, which is assigned to each person individually.
Samples are collected by our medical staff in our laboratory and then send to an external lab for diagnosis.
All tests are sent anonymously and labeled only with a unique test code, to ensure the results can be accurately matched back to you, but without using your name.
Our medical staff will take a blood sample to test for HIV, hepatitis and syphilis.
Chlamydia and gonorrhea (tripper) are tested through swabs (throat, urethra/vagina, and possibly anal).
Alternatively, a urine sample can be provided. It's important to note that for this testing method, you must refrain from using the toilet for two hours before the sample collection.
Test results are usually available within 3-5 business days. All tests are sent anonymously via an individual test code back to us from our external laboratory.
We will then inform you of your results via email or phone, this depends on what we agreed in advance.
